Coach Allie Davis

Known for her positive attitude and genuine passion for the sport, Allie has a unique ability to motivate swimmers of all ages to push beyond their limits while enjoying the journey. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes building confidence, fostering teamwork, and celebrating every milestone, no matter how small.

As a collegiate standout at Purdue University she was a 4x Big Ten finalist and NCAA Competitor where she earned Scholar All-American honors and top three finishes at Big Ten Championships. In addition, her achievements in the pool remain etched in her college’s record books, highlighting her ability to thrive under pressure at the sport’s highest levels.

Coach Kelly Birkland

Coach Kelly graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a BS in Sports and Exercise Science. She joined Neptunes in 2023 as the dryland coach for the year-round swim groups, then went on to coach Platinum 1 & 2 for Neptune Swim School.

Kelly is our Pre-Masters program coach, focusing on helping beginner adult swimmers refine their technique, build endurance, and learn new strokes. She also works as a personal trainer, helping athletes across sports improve their mobility, strength, and balance.

Coach Jack Niles 

Coach Jack Niles grew up in Santa Rosa and swam for Neptunes from 2008–2015. After graduating from Maria Carrillo High School, he attended the University of Arizona, where he majored in elementary education. Following college, a stint in teaching, and time in corporate America, Jack moved back to the Bay Area in 2023, got back in the water, and started coaching with Neptunes.

Shortly after, Jack began assistant coaching the Cardinal Newman swim team. 

Starting October 2026, Jack will be our full-time Masters headcoach.
